We find all the work for you and replace it, if for reasons beyond your control you lose it. We also provide you with a written guarantee; if we haven't provided you with the value of work we said we would, we will pay you the balance each month. The guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement and will be fully explained to you so that you understand how it works.
