It's short and straight forward: if for any reason, you have a cleaning problem, we guarantee to fix it on the next visit. If we don't, you get the whole weeks cleaning for free.

We take security as seriously as you do.

In nearly all cases commercial cleaning is completed outside of office hours. Cleaners are trusted to disable alarms, work professionally around personal affects and then properly re-set the alarm, all leaving the office exactly as they found it – just cleaner. To ensure security, all Cleantastic Franchisees are cleared with the Ministry of Justice and enter into legally binding confidentiality agreements.

Good Cleaners are trained not born.

All Cleantastic Franchisees complete an intensive training program before they commence cleaning business premises. This provides them with a comprehensive understanding of the most effective, efficient and environmentally sustainable cleaning methods for today's businesses. We know all you want is a "set and forget" office cleaning solution. Our system focuses on quality checks to guarantee any issues are identified before they become problems. We monitor and record issues to ensure that problems are resolved, rather than fixed temporarily.
